Meet Your Facilitators

Janell Casciano, MA, LPC

Janell is a Licensed Professional Counselor, community educator, and co-owner of Find Your Balance Counseling Group, a virtual practice that began in 2017. She has been licensed since 2013 and works primarily with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping people find practical ways to manage stress, regulate emotions, and feel more connected to themselves.

Alongside her clinical work, Janell is passionate about bringing mental health education into everyday spaces. She develops and leads psychoeducational groups for adults and teens that focus on emotional wellness, self-care, boundaries, identity, and stress. Her goal is to make these conversations feel approachable, supportive, and free of judgment.

At the heart of her work is a simple idea: people do better when they feel supported and understood. She is committed to creating spaces where individuals can slow down, reflect, and leave feeling a little more grounded and a little less alone.
