Fall Wellness Series: Part 2

There are things we carry, thoughts, emotions, and patterns that quietly shape how we move through our lives. Some are within our awareness, while others operate in the background. Over time, this can build into tension, overwhelm, or a sense of feeling stuck.

This session is designed to help you explore what you have been holding in a way that feels safe, supported, and manageable.

Through guided reflection and practical tools, you will begin to identify the emotional weight you have been carrying, recognize patterns that no longer serve you, and understand how these experiences show up in your daily life. You will also learn ways to regulate and release emotions in a way that feels grounded and accessible.

This is not about forcing change or fixing yourself. It is about creating the space to notice, understand, and begin to let go at your own pace.

You will leave with tools you can return to when emotions feel overwhelming, helping you move from holding everything in to feeling more open, steady, and in control.

Release is not about losing something. It is about making room for something new.
